last weekend was jordan's first swim meet in la grande, oregon. it was a two day meet, she went up on friday with her coach and his family. they were nice enough to let her stay with them in their camper. she had only been swimming {with the swim team} for 3 weeks and was a little nervous. she did awesome. she placed in 4 of 5 events and didn't receive any disqualifications! pretty good for never swimming at a meet before. by the time sunday rolled around she had swam for the last 7 days straight. she was too tired on monday to make it to practice {she slept in till 10am}, and felt really bad about it. although when she went tuesday morning she found out that the coach's son didn't make it either! she has practice 5 days a week from 6:30am till 8am and she has another meet in pendleton this coming weekend.
