boys....

so my sweet jordan has had her first "boyfriend" for about the last 3 months or so. well, as you would know it in middle school these "relationships" don't last too long. who would have guessed after this short amount of time things would come to an end?? ha! well, the rumor mill has been swirling since friday and jordan has felt that something just isn't right on top of the fact that today at school she encountered many "so, keegan said he broke up with you". so today after school she tried to call him to clarify and gets no answer. so my ever assertive, strong willed and never helpless daughter proceeds to dump HIM via text! {please note that as soon as she hit send, she got an instant response back from him}! i am so proud of her for standing up for herself and not being some helpless girl, sitting and crying for some boy. jordan is definitely like me in this respect... don't even think about crossing or wronging us, cause folks it won't be pretty! {on a side note, he's text her several times and now won't leave her alone. he has "gone out" with several girls and is usually the one doing the dumping, so i think he's not too sure about being dumped! probably hurt his 12 year old ego :)}
