i don't want to brag or anything {wait a second, yes i do} but, check out the size of this bad boy! this was picked fresh from our home grown garden yesterday evening and within a couple of minutes shredded into bits and turned into the most heavenly bread! i mean what else does one do with zucchini? lord knows, i not gonna eat it the healthy, good for ya way!
